The Vinarco Group of companies was established in 1993 and has expanded to become a market leader in the provision of highly qualified technical consultancy services to the Oil & Gas, Power, Telecommunications, Infrastructure and Information Technology sectors in the Asia-Pacific region. Our core business lies in the provision of highly-skilled experts and multi-discipline consultants, on either a contract or permanent hire basis.
Since 1993 we have expanded steadily across the Asia-Pacific region and now have seven operating companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Bangladesh with our Regional Headquarters in Thailand.
In 2011, we established Vinarco in the Middle East, headquartered out of Dubai, with a remit to cover the GCC markets and beyond. We will open up further ME regional offices in line with client demand.
With our advanced regional infrastructure and proven track record working with Multi-national Clients across a range of key commercial sectors, Vinarco strives to maintain the highest standards of service as the premier provider of technical consultancy services.
Geographical Scope
The Vinarco Group’s Asia-Pacific headquarters in Bangkok is our main recruitment resource and administrative centre, with a team of experienced Thais and Expatriates servicing Clients across the AP region, and providing back-office support for our colleagues in Vinarco Middle East.
Our offices in Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh and Singapore ensure comprehensive and professional in-country support to Consultants while on assignment in Asia. Vinarco’s strategic alliance partnerships enable us to provide a wider regional scope of services, including South Korea and Western Australia (Perth), as well as giving us global reach to access the best human capital worldwide.
To date, assignments carried out by Vinarco cover Thailand, Vietnam, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia, as well as North America, Europe and the Middle East, demonstrating the Vinarco Group’s capability to provide global services.

Vinarco’s experienced recruitment team provides efficient and accurate identification of qualified consultants according to our Client’s requirements and timelines. Our International Resume resources pool is extensive and enables access to a wide range of industry contacts worldwide. As part of our search and selection process, Vinarco rigorously examines each consultant’s background and professional references. We maintain the highest level professional standards throughout the recruitment process, and in the on-boarding process that follows.
We provide full contracting services for consultants working across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, including pay-roll, taxation, medical and liability insurances, to provide a comprehensive consultancy service in line with our Client’s Project requirements.
Through our regional offices Vinarco provides full in-country support with visa and work permits, assisting with accommodation, local transport, schooling, flight arrangements and 24 hour emergency contact, to ensure consultants’ assignments are safe, compliant with local regulations, and completed to our Clients’ and consultants’ satisfaction.
